The camera never lies… Or does it !?!?…

Part Deux…

So here’s another one from yesterdays hospital visit…. Processed with an altogether more gritty ominous feel…. I may have a few more up my sleeve too… :)

Man, you sure have a way with old buildings. You really do. This looks fab, and very very creepy. The colors you used sure gives an old moody feel and work perfectly. Can’t wait to see more.

    • I have a way with old buildings eh !!… Hmmmmmm… Is that a compliment, or do I detect a hint of “old” irony… lol… Well I’ll take that as a compliment for now I guess… ;)
It sure did have a certain creepiness about it… Thanks you.. :)

    • You sure do… although I don’t think it’s a patch on Hellingley…. and it’s likely more dangerous too… ;)

    • Well…. make them darker then…. lol…. Sorry – couldn’t resist… ;)
Hopefully you’ve managed the moody oppression now… :)

I took a similar shot in an old castle in the center of France, it doesn’t look much like a castle. It was one of my first attempts at HDR which totally failed. Instead of having it in Aperture mode I had it in Shutter speed mode so no HDR there. But one of the shots looked pretty cool.

  6. I agree with the rest. You do have your own way when processing these images. I think you execute the mood very well. I absolutely love this shot Brian!
