About

This is just a brief introduction to who I am and what I do. I’m Brian, and I currently reside on the North Kent coast in the UK. My main areas of expertise are Landscape and Architectural photography, but I do also do Portraiture, Industrial, Commercial and Product photography. I also have a passion for photo editing too, from the simple removal of blemishes, right through to the creation of the ridiculous. So FS Photography stems from my pseudonym of Funky Slug, and you will find me listed in most places as this, but specifically on Flickr, where you will find a greater selection of my work.

If you have any questions, or would like to purchase prints, or are interested in some commissioned work, then please feel free to contact me at fsphotographyuk@yahoo.co.uk, and I will be more than willing help.

I also apologise if the previews of my images on this site don’t appear as clean and crisp as they should. It’s to do with the compression used to ensure the page loads quickly. If you click on an image though, it will bring up a better quality version..

Many thanks
Brian

    • And better still it’s all Canon too… apart from the bits that aren’t Canon that is… but we’ll gloss over those… lol.. ;)

  8. Brian, I love your work. I thought about commenting on tons of pages but I am not sure where to begin. All your photos tell a story and have a dramatic bent to them. It is a level to aspire to. Thanks for sharing on your blog!

  9. What a find!!!
Absolutely love your blog, and have added you to my blogroll…hope you don’t mind. Stunning photography…will be getting lost in your photo stream on Flickr once I have time for a sit-down with a large mug of coffee. Seriously, what is it with you Scotland dwellers??! Do you have some magic photography dust in the air over there? An inordinate number of my favorite contacts are in Scotland. Please…let the world in on your secret. ;)

    May 26, 2010 at 5:48 pm

    • Well thank you very much indeed… Such kind words… Gotta correct one teeny tiny point though, and that’s that I’m not Scottish… lol… I’m pretty much the complete other end of the country, but then I guess that’s not too far if you’re from the other side of the pond… lol… but oh for some of that magic scottish dust you mention… ;)

      May 26, 2010 at 6:15 pm

      • Oh, Lordy, look at me showing off my ignorance to the whole world!! LOL Of course, I had to go look at a map to see just HOW ignorant I was. Yep. I could NOT have put you farther away and kept you on the same body of land. Geez Louise.
Ah, well…be comforted knowing that I am a foreigner. ;)
Perhaps it isn’t Scottish dust then, but UK dust? The problem has spread farther than I thought. :)
And now, I’m off to study geography. Toodles.

        May 26, 2010 at 9:49 pm

        • Lol.. Trust me, my geographical knowledge of the States etc would throw me MUCH further out than you were… But rest assured you’re not that bad.. I know someone who thinks Austria and Australia are one and the same… ;)
